Ordering Information

Generally, all orders placed before 3 pm Eastern Time, Monday will ship within 7 days. You will be promptly notified of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping.

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified - you must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card, you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Customers shipping out of state assume ownership of purchased goods on the premises of the store and assume any tax or duty and any other local legal responsibilities involved in the shipping or importing of wines or liquors.

CURRENTLY SHIPPING TO:

We ship fine wine within the State of Florida and to the following states: 

AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, LA, MI, MN, NE, NH, NV, NC, ND, OH, SC, VA, WA, WY

 

NOTE:  We do not ship liquor/spirits outside of the State of Florida.

 

TITLE OF SALE

All alcoholic beverages are deemed to be sold in Florida and title passes to the buyer in the State of Florida. Therefore, 7.5% Florida sales tax will be charged on all orders. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of the State of Florida. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Aloha Fine Wines will only sell and deliver wine to persons of legal drinking age (21 years old minimum). By placing an order you are affirming you are of legal drinking age.

 

REQUIRED PACKAGING CHARGES

The following packaging charges will apply to orders shipped via UPS:

 

Aloha Fine Wines assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather during transport or delayed delivery. So, be sure of shipping conditions before you order and be sure an adult will be on hand to sign for wine. The best way to insure this is to provide us with a business delivery address.
